Character Building
All players are recommended to have a character story at all times. This helps keep realism and provide an enjoyable roleplay experience for all.
Characteristics & Traits
Character traits help create a personality for whom you are playing and help depict what acts you will and won't commit. Examples of Traits:
Positive Traits
Loyalty
Integrity
Kindness
Self-Control
Tolerance
Patience
Generosity
Negative Traits
Rudeness
Greed
Selfishness
Unforgiving
Characters Purpose
Have a real purpose for your character and build off it. Example:
Don't be a gangster who at the same time is a mechanic / car dealer / police officer.
Story
Develop your character over time, start off with small things, whether your character has positive or negative traits. Work your way up to bigger and better things rather than doing major jumps within a couple of hours. Developing your character helps create a history along with a known / recognised name. This is crucial for realism. Example(s) are as follows:
Subject A
is a friendly guy who has moved into San Andreas with $2500. He migrated from Europe as has landed a job as an Amazon Delivery Driver to make some quick money. After a few weeks he finally had enough to rent himself a nice apartment within the city. He's now managed to secure a job at the Mechanics shop within the city so he can work on his dream of owning a luxury sports car.
Subject B
only cares about himself. He will kill anyone or point a gun at them if they look at him. He eventually becomes a serial killer and then becomes a police officer so that he can gain intel on all of the criminals within the city. He likes to also rob cars and shops in his spare time.
Suicide RP
This should be a decision which is developed over time. If your character is wanting to suicide then please let a member of the Moderation / Staff team know beforehand as this will result in your character and all information being removed from the database and you will have to create a new character with a new story and start from fresh.
